Funny Pic

This is Kaya trying to drag by the foot her cousin? (my cousin's daughter) Kenna out from under the side table so I could take their picture together. Kenna didn't want to and Kaya did so she was yelling at Kenna and trying to get her out. It was hilarious although I never did get a picture. Crazy kids!!!

Cousins with Kids

Jacee and I with our little one's Chloe and Lamont. They are exactly six months apart. I'm sure he will grow just as fast as Chloe and next year they will be chasing each other around. It's so weird to see my childhood cousin with a baby as I'm sure it was weird for her when I had Kaya. I still remember playing in the ditches, catching snakes and letting them loose in the church, riding our bikes all over the valley, Putting her older sister Tara's hand in warm water while she slept so she would pee the bed then putting pots and pans all around our bed so we would hear her coming if she woke up and sought revenge. Such great memories. I love Jacee!!!

My Life Among the Amazons

Remember my story of why my children are so tall. Meet the Olsen side of my family. This is only a few of my cousins. Jacee in the blue then Danakay then shorty (I mean me) then Tara. The little girls are Blonde Kenna (Danakay's daughter) and Kaya. All the rest of my cousins are just as tall or the younger ones are getting there. Actually I think I'm shorter even now than all the younger ones.

Cousin Jacee's Baby Shower

Made it to my cousins baby shower. She had it after the baby came because they wanted to wait till the birth to find out if it was a boy or girl. It was a boy he was born October 14th weighing 8'12 (She had to out do me on the big baby contest) Her son is named Lamont (after our grandpa) Dameon (after his dad) Jensen. I was very happy to get to make it to her shower as she was my closest cousin growing up. We were the notorious trouble makers and we ruled our kingdom of younger cousins with a wicked but humorous might. hehe

Pics of House

So after all these years our kitchen is almost done (except for backsplash). Thanks for the pics Tara. Oh and if you hadn't noticed there is a reason I have Amazon children. Tara (the girl in the last pic) is six foot and her little 15 year old Brother is 6'4. It runs on my dad's side and my mom's older sister Sally is also six foot. Actually me and my two sisters Charity and Cassidy are the only short people in the family (well except for grandma Buzz she must be the culprit) Poor Kaya is already outgrowing 4T and she's only 3 1/2. And Chloe is outgrowing 9m and she's only 6 1/2 months. They are going to womp on me and dad when they get to be teenagers.

Igloo in Pagosa Springs

So This is an igloo someone built in Pagosa Springs CO where we were visiting Auntie Larinda (red shirted girl in igloo with Kaya). A full size man could stand up inside it and it had a slide built onto the side of it. I don't know who built it but they must have been partly eskimo. I was very impressed. We didn't build the snowman either but Kaya lent him her hat because she thought he looked a bit cold. I was very pregnant in these pics but you can't tell....love that.

Kaya & Chloe

After Chloe got her picture taken in the hat Kaya decided she wanted her picture taken with baby sisser (that's what she calls her) So here are the pics the last two are of Kaya holding her ToTo dog that goes to her Dorothy (wizard of oz) costume.

I found this hat at a yard sale and was trying to take a pic of Chloe in it but Kaya thought it needed an added touch of her panda bear on top.

Just a note

So just got my hair done yesterday. Big change. I'll have to add a pic when I take one. Basically it's almost black with razored ends. I guess the craziness of the world right now went to my head ; ) My mom was just here this last weekend and took some pics of the girls. The professional looking ones the church dresses in the Mosaic collage. Enjoy.
